Ipamorelin API
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) composed of five amino acids (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂). It is a selective GHSR-1a agonist with the ability to stimulate growth hormone (GH) secretion with high specificity. Compared with earlier GHRPs (such as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6), Ipamorelin shows better selectivity, safety and pharmacological stability without significantly affecting the levels of other hormones such as cortisol, prolactin or ACTH.

Research and Mechanism of Action
Ipamorelin promotes the release of endogenous growth hormone (GH) from the anterior pituitary by selectively activating the growth hormone secretion receptor (GHSR-1a) and mimicking the action of ghrelin. Its main pharmacological mechanisms include:

Ipamorelin highly selectively excites GHSR-1a, prompting the pituitary gland to release GH without significantly affecting ACTH or cortisol levels, and has better endocrine safety.
