Platelet Glycoprotein Antagonist
Etifibatide (integrilin) is a novel polypeptide platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor antagonist, which inhibits platelet aggregation and thrombosis by inhibiting the last common pathway of platelet aggregation.
